He currently serves as a senior product leader at Software AG, where he drives the strategy and evolution of the Natural platform across mainframe, distributed, and cloud environments.

Throughout his career, Eli has played a key role in helping large enterprises modernize mission-critical applications and integrate legacy systems with modern architectures. His work focuses on bridging traditional enterprise platforms with emerging technologies such as APIs, cloud services, and AI-driven development. He works closely with customers, partners, and developer communities to shape product roadmaps that deliver real business value while protecting long-term technology investments.

Eli is also a frequent presenter at major customer conferences, industry events, and internal global company gatherings, where he shares insights on application modernization, developer productivity, and the future of enterprise platforms. His presentations combine practical field experience with strategic vision, helping organizations understand how to evolve their systems while maintaining stability and scalability.

Before moving into product leadership, Eli spent more than a decade leading global professional services and modernization programs. He built and managed international teams across multiple regions, delivering complex transformation projects for enterprises in industries including telecommunications, banking, and government. During this time, he also established offshore delivery capabilities and oversaw large cross-organizational programs involving engineering, sales, and customer success teams worldwide.

Eli began his career as a developer and system analyst working on mainframe systems and enterprise modernization technologies, giving him a strong technical foundation that continues to shape his leadership approach today. His unique perspective – spanning development, architecture, delivery, and product strategy- allows him to translate complex technology trends into practical solutions for enterprise customers.
