SoftwareAGain provides a foundation for women to sharpen their technical knowledge and brush up on soft skills through a comprehensive 6 months paid transition program. The SoftwareAGain internship programme offers you the necessary mentorship and flexibility as you resume your career.

Do you have the skills we’re looking for?
Here’s a sampling of the skillsets we are seeking:

  • Java Developer to create user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java based components and interfaces. You should have qualifications and skills in Core Java, J2EE, Database, Eclipse IDE, web services, and related technologies.
  • UI Developer to collaborate with product management and software development to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience. You should have qualifications and skills in UI design skills, HTML, CSS, Angular 2+, Angular JS and related UI technologies.
  • Product QA to review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback; create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. You should have qualifications and skills in manual testing, Java, Angular, unit testing frameworks (i.e., Junit/Karma/Jasmine etc.), UI Automation Tools (i.e., Selenium and related technologies) including knowledge of DevOps, Cloud, Hadoop, and Big Data.
