How it works
- The Consultant will conduct a kick-off session to confirm the Customer’s operating approach with webMethods.io, including their organization, operational systems, expectations of use, and an outline of the main operating activities required for the solution.
- The Consultant will provide a definition of the default recommendation for minimum environments in webMethods.io Integration, aligning with the Customer’s licensing terms and operating expectations and development approach.
- Next, the Consultant will provide guidance on troubleshooting features and ensure the operations team understands how to use them when required.
- Following, if the Customer utilizes webMethods Metering, the Consultant will conduct a workshop on the effective use and reporting of the capability.
- Finally, the Consultant will conduct a workshop to discuss and support operational integration with the Customer’s existing procedures and approaches.

By the end of the engagement, you will have received support to:
- Evaluate standard recommendations around environments and stages to be used.
- Setup tenant management and metering.
- Establish roll out procedures and operating content in the Central Control / Distributed Execution model.
- Setup a basic level of alerting, reporting, and monitoring.
- Review activities and recommendations for next steps.
