CoLab is a user research and co-creation platform that intends to connect Software AG product teams with the right research participants. We intend to conduct various user research studies under the CoLab banner throughout the year.

Once you sign up for CoLab, we will get in touch with you to understand where you fall on the Beginner to Expert User scale based on your role, your experience with the products, and more, so that we find the right studies for you to participate in.

CoLab conducts surveys, personal interviews, usability tests, collaboration workshops, and much more.

While our work is hybrid, most of our studies are conducted virtually. So chances are that you will mostly be called upon to participate virtually. In the unlikely event that we're conducting in-person research, we will help with the logistics for you to be physically present.

We will only collect your email ID when you sign-up. This is only for the purpose of communicating with you about CoLab. Any information you share with us will be treated with utmost confidentiality and your personal information will not be shared outside of CoLab.

CoLab schedules research studies as and when our product teams have the need and the bandwidth to conduct research. You may be assigned immediately if you are the right candidate for a scheduled study. If not, we will notify you when we find the right study for you to be a part of.

While we recommend the right fit for you based on your profile and the kind of insights we’re looking for, you can definitely apply for any study you want to participate in.

Yes, you can choose to opt out of a study at any point.
