- Working with the consultant, you will identify candidate legacy BPM Process and associated assets to migrate.
- The consultant will work with you to:
- Check export formats (Source)
- Check example data / evaluate data amounts
- Assess feasibility and efforts for adapting interface module, mapping and test
- Assess feasibility and efforts data migration and data optimization after import - Finally, the consultant will deliver an assessment of migration options and associated efforts for evaluation.
