How it works
- The consultant will review the Cloud Transformation Checklist prior to the start of the engagement to gain knowledge of your vision, state of webMethods.io adoption roadmap, challenges, and known risks.
- Then, the consultant will facilitate a kick-off meeting to introduce key customer and Software AG participants, stakeholders and briefly explain the assessment objectives, approach, input needed and deliverables to all parties involved.
- Next, the consultant will conduct a series of workshops to deep dive into the current state of the adoption plan, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, future roadmap, and operations support structure with various customer stakeholders. Additional topics may include data compliance, data migration requirements, performance, service implementation, design patterns, service testing and delivery process and DevOps.
- Following the workshops, the consultant will review off-line documented materials and inputs collected during the workshops, gain clarifications on outstanding points and activities to provide key recommendations.
- Finally, a webMethods.io strategy assessment report is presented to the stakeholders. Next steps and further recommendations are discussed.
