- A Software AG consultant facilitates a kick-off meeting to set expectations, define success criteria, and develop a structure for the engagement.
- Customer provides high-level architecture overview.
- Your Software AG expert leads key participants through a series of activities to examine components of the technical solution including:
a. Review of pain points
b. Review of business requirements and initiatives
c. Review of existing technologies - Follow up meetings will be conducted with customer architects, designers, developers, and operations support personnel to evaluate risk.
- A final presentation of findings and recommendations is delivered to stakeholders with feedback incorporated into the Assessment Report and Solution Roadmap.
