Project Governance Review

The review includes interviews with up to ten project sponsors or stakeholders and a report detailing recommendations and observations for improvement. You will also benefit from a meeting to review the report with the sponsor PMO and key stakeholders.

  • How it works
    1. A Software AG Senior PM will contact the customer to ask for specific documentation and request corresponding interviews with key stakeholder and project team: Sponsor, Business Owners, TechLead, PM/PMO, Team members, PM of other related projects. 
    2. A Software AG Senior PM will host a kickoff meeting with Project Sponsor, PM, and key stakeholders, to explain the review process and expected results.  
    3. The Software AG Senior PM will conduct a meeting with the PM/PMO to review the documents (i.e., project control documentation, scope review, etc.) relevant to the Project Management functions.  
    4. The Software AG Senior PM will conduct stakeholder and team interviews. 
    5. The Software AG Senior PM will examine project management controls in the areas included in this document Scope section. 
    6. With the results of the interviews, we will examine the findings and compile a report with observations and recommendations. 
    7. A session with Project Sponsor, PM/PMO and stakeholders where the report will be explained.  
    8. Once the report is shared, the service will be considered completed.
  • Service results

    By the end of the engagement, you will receive:    

    • A report not to exceed 10 pages, containing observations, recommendations, and suggested priorities for each recommendation.
