This is either a 5-day or 10-day engagement depending on the range of issues to investigate, or depth of analysis desired. During this chosen timeframe, the consultant will work with you to assess your concerns, summarize the findings, and make recommendations for the next best actions based on best practice guidance with webMethods.

How it works
- At the start of the engagement, the consultant will assess available information about intended scope and context to identify the desired outcomes and focus areas.
- During this initial period, the consultant will align with available resources and the engagement sponsor to define and review context / scope.
- Once the parties agree on the scope, the consultant will prepare the kick-off meeting to summarize the intent of the Health Check and walk through the webMethods Health Check Engagement plan with key resources.
- Next, the consultant will work with you to collect information through various methods including:
- Gather information in workshops and interviews
- Meetings with stakeholder groups
- Review solution documentation
- Monitor dashboards and other metrics
- Investigate and analyze available data
- Once this information has been assessed, the consultant will identify, verify if needed, and then document key recommendations and conclusions.
- The consultant will generate additional insight through:
- Software AG peer reviews
- Validating highlights of the health check with your Software AG account stakeholders
- Sharing report documenting observations, conclusions, and recommended actions as appropriate
- Finally, the consultant will conduct a walkthrough of the Health Check findings with your nominated stakeholders.
